ELDER STREET
The site is located in the heart of Perth City on an approx. 120 m² block. The construction includes a 3-storey tower called the Elder Street Lookout which is surrounded by a structural steel and glass façade. Gwyth Jones was approached by the Client to be the commercial builder of the Elder Street Lookout.

With the project designed by Maarch Architects, the client was looking for an Australian construction company who they could trust to complete it.

CHRIST CHURCH GRAMMAR SCHOOL
Gwyth Jones was engaged by Christ Church Grammar School to undertake the removal and replacement of the gym façade windows.

Once development approval was granted, Gwyth Jones was contracted to bring this project to life.
